Great valley area surrounded by mountains, it's so great the vikings staked it out hundreds of years ago. The rune stones marking their territory still exist. Right beside that over the state line into Arkansas, part of the Quachitas into the Ozarks. High rolling hills, with lots of hard woods, lakes, rivers, and some fine little towns like Medina. Over in the corner of Texas you've got Caddo Lake, Lake O' The Pines, Fork Lake, Patman Wright Lake, Plus some fine rivers for fishing. Surely a nice little patch of heaven. And the people are friendly! Up here in north east Texas, only a short drive from
