The problem is with the liberal innercity neighborhoods, like Obama's South Chicago, that can't handle freedom. Fix those people and don't touch our rights. H.R. 45 is very similar to gun legislation in South Africa that did nothing but disarm law-abiding citizens. South Africa is now the most violent country on the planet.
