TAX REVOLTS : And So It Begins… Gerald Celente Predictions Coming True
Californians faced with double digit unemployment, higher taxes and runaway government spending begin to stage protests with the help of local radio shows (KFI). This sets the stage for a battle at the voting booths, prop 1A, 1B and many more tax propositions. Devastated small business owners and employees face off against the powerful teacher, state employee, prison guard, etc. unions
Facing almost certain defeat, Arnold and company, threaten massive cuts to education and basic services.
California is the epitomy and a microcosm of the financial mess all of us are in. As our govts have grown, our societies have become dependent on the services they offer, no matter how screwed up some of those services might be. The cost of these services, when you factor in the thievery taking place, is more than we can bear. The problem is, the people don’t want to give up the services, but they don’t want to pay for them either. We only have two choices - shrink the govt and get rid of services, or pay more taxes.

California does not consist of only liberals. I have been a solid conservative much like my family and friends. I am, in the tradition of my family, a Marine and Iraqi war vet.
California is not a lost cause. The Republican party locally and nationally does not fight for this state which I believe is a huge mistake.
Remember, President Bush lost California only by 3 percent, and California is the state that gave us Ronald Reagan. The Republican party has to contest elections in this state and spend the money necessary to compete with the well financed liberals.
Well let’s see, look at who they have representing their state. Pelosi, Waxman, Waters, Boxer, Ahnold. They are all known to be tax happy, but yet these guys keep getting elected over and over again by other socialism loving libturds. So what did they expect?
I think it’s great the people of Cali are finally coming together to speak out though. However, what the people of Cali need to realize is, until they ALL come together to fight back their state is doomed.
I don’t care if they are liberals, conservatives, independents, fruits, or fairies, or whatever, I am glad to see people rising up against their corrupt government.
Who here on the site would have thought Californians would actually fight to get their state back like in these videos. I think this is great, California doesn’t need to die.
Right on bother! WE are all in the same boat regardless of political leanings.
These tax revolts might be a way to unite different groups of people. Let’s not forget the game plan of the government, keep the different groups divided and fighting amongst themselves. Well what happens when the different groups realize they have a common enemy? Aside from the wacky leftist’s I have met most Americans’ have much more in common than the government would have us believe despite our differences. We must keep the big picture in mind at all times.
Never, EVER vote for a Democrat. Democrats suffer from severe mental disorders. They hate their own country. They hate the military that protects them. They feel sorry for Islamic terrorists who want to kill them. They hate success. They support the killing of the unborn. And the list goes on and on. Just imagine how great our country could be if it were not for Democrats.
The real truth is that the major recipients of services are not the ones who pay for them. The payers, like me, get very little from the state. My kids are home schooled and we pay our own way, no food stamps, no welfare etc. I am sick and tired of paying so much for nothing and seeing more and more welfare freeloaders and state employees refusing to give any ground.
Our prison guards typically make over 100,000 a year with overtime and the average state worker makes 75k a year however the average private sector employee makes about 45K a year.
It all goes back to the unions.
California is a powder keg just waiting for the match to set it off.
People here are beyond pissed off and it ain’t just conservatives or Republicans.
If the April 15 Tea Party in Sacramento was any judge there were equal numbers from all sides of the political spectrum ready to kick ass.
California has nearly 23 billion in deficits. The budget is a joke. By July California will be bankrupt and out of business. The bailout will only be a temporary fix if it comes.
People here don’t just want to throw the bums out they want to literally hang the bastards.
The fucking socialists have run this state into the sewer…they do it where ever they are the majority…just take a look at other states that are controlled by socialists.
We don’t have until 2010 to take this country back…anybody that thinks we do is only deluding themselves.
As far as I’m concerned anybody that votes for a DemoRat is a fucking idiot and the damn Republicans ain’t a whole hell of a lot better.
Texas is calling…lookin’ better by the minute.
Thatcher summed it up:
The Trouble With Socialism Is That You Eventually Run Out Of Other People’s Money
WE are the new radicals!
John and Ken of KFI sponsored and ran this event.
The theme and chant for the day was:
“Heads on a stick!”
Here’s my own personal “Tax Revolt”. I owe the IRS a total of $500 for 2007 and 2008 combined, and I ain’t paying. Fuck ‘em. Haven’t heard a word so far, but if the IRS comes after me, I’ll tell them to go see my “Uncle Tim.”
