Susan is a terrific singer. I agree with YERMOM. The dance troupe was not impressive . Music is more inspiring to me than a visual exercise. Although the Irish dancers of Riverdance are a real treat. I saw Les Miserables when I lived in London in mid '80s and Susan has a fantastic voice. She will do very well and as someone older she was under a lot of pressure with the media. I'm proud of her for going for her dream and she was a very gracious runner-up. I wasn't too happy with the 'Fat Chick Finally Loses' title though. That's what many saw (old and frumpy) before she began to sing. It's nice to see talent other than Britney Spears and Madonna ... glam and glitter. Susan now has the dream she was brave enough to go for and encouraged many others they could as well. Yermom, I agree with you.
