If I am not mistaken signing the treaty does not trump US Law. So if Zero signs the treaty, the Congress would then need implement new legislation to change domestic law.
But with control of both houses it wouldn’t be too difficult to imagine it as a reality of the future.

The president could call the document an “agreement” rather than a “treaty”.Then,instead of needing two-thirds of the Senate,the document simply needs a majority in the House and Senate for approval.This tactic is how Clinton convinced Congress to ratify NAFTA,which could never have won two-thirds support in the Senate.
And yes,any treaty does trump U.S. law.
Even if they bring it up for a vote, I don’t think it would pass.
There’s too many Dem. Senators from states that have conceal carry laws, laws that were approved by an election & a vote in favor of this treaty would be a death sentence to said Senators political career.

The U.S. Senate ratifies Treaties, not the House of Representatives.
It’s at that point you will know an absolute violation of the U.S. Constitution has been made. You don’t have to be a lawyer to know this is un-Constitutional. I’ll stick to my Constitution, and they can shove their treaty up their ass and light it on fire.

Let’s review the rules….

6. If you can choose what to bring to a gunfight, bring a long gun and a friend with a long gun.
7. In ten years nobody will remember the details of caliber, stance, or tactics. They will only
remember who lived.
8. If you are not shooting, you should be communicating, reloading, and running.
9. Accuracy is relative: most combat shooting standards will be more dependent on “pucker factor”
than the inherent accuracy of the gun. Use a gun that works EVERY TIME. “All skill is in vain
when an Angel pisses in the flintlock of your musket.”
10. Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death
with it because it is empty.
11. Always cheat, always win. The only unfair fight is the one you lose.
12. Have a plan.
13. Have a back-up plan, because the first one won’t work.
14. Use cover or concealment as much as possible.
15. Flank your adversary when possible. Protect yours.
16. Don’t drop your guard.
17. Always tactical load and threat scan 360 degrees.

19. Decide to be aggressive ENOUGH, quickly ENOUGH.
20. The faster you finish the fight, the less shot you will get.
21. Be polite. Be professional. But, have a plan to kill everyone you meet.

23. Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence,

I thought Obama is supposed to be a great Constitutional scholar. Not only would this law violate the Second Amendment, but also out Right to Privacy (which isn’t in the Constitution, although Obama would tell you it is)! At what point does Castro and Chavez need to know if I have a gun or not? At what point would they be able to snatch me out of my home and prosecute me for having a gun? For all of you conservatives out there, do you still think elections don’t have consequences? We need strong conservative Congressmen and a strong conservative president. I urge all to join the NRA or one of the other national gun rights clubs and make a contribution. We have all been apathetic and allowed this to happen. I too, have not done my part and only recently joined the NRA and donated so they can fight them with ad campaigns, votes and truth.
