    They are trying to make light of his using a teleprompter, so you wont notice that he is a buffoon without it.
    They should say he is the ONLY president (by fraud) to use it 90% of the time. The other 10% is because the teleprompter is broke.
    Like Rush L. says, ob starts speaking about who he really is without the teleprompter.
