This Sotamayor shit makes my stomach turn. What does she possibly have to offer besides having brown skin and a vagina? She would have NEVER made it this far were it not for those two assets. At best she is a mediocre federal judge.

I would LOVE to have read her opinion on Ricci v DeStefano but she didn’t bother to write one but a single paragraph dismissal of the case. SCOTUS granted a writ for Ricci so obviously they think Ricci’s case has some merit.

What the asshat bleeding hearts fail to grasp is long after the warm fuzzies wear off at the “historic” appointment of this woman we are stuck with her until she croaks or retires.
