Tragic indeed, but you can’t go grab the guys stearing wheel. He should have called the comapny, got a manager on the phone, and scheduled another person to come out and do the job.

That vehicle should have come to a complete stop, the driver should have departed the the vehicle with the police on his cell phone, keys in hand. He should have awaited their response off the man’s property. However, how did the man die? Was it related to the altercation or did stress trigger a geart attack? Alot has not been said here, probably for obvious reasons.
