You have no idea! As a vendor, spent 10yrs preaching OSHA compliance to construction, industry and the space center. The best joke was Florida Power required a six foot lanyard for personal tieoff when an employee was four foot off the ground. And don't get me started on the DOT regs for truckers. They have the largest target on their back. Need to slow down America don't you know. Oh yes, can't get enough chaos. Minnasota and Indiana made up their own criteria for fatigue, suit pending.

Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 HR 875
Introduced by Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn), her husband works for Monsanto the leader in herbicides and genetically changed seed. It was in WND by Chelsea Schilling. There is no exclusion for your little back yard garden either.

Yeah, people are getting screwed. But the scary thing is: How do they know it?
People are oblivious! The mainstream media buries this shit. I tell my friends about all these things and they are shocked. I'm like: Where the hell have you been?
This entire country is either brainwashed, is being lied to or just doesn't care. It's astonishing.

I talked with my cousin, who is an electrician in Ohio. He says OSHA has come out with a long list of fines for worksite violations that make no sense. for instance, you can't go higher than the second rung on a step ladder without a safety sling- $1000 fine.
He said the requirements for extension cords on the job will raise labor costs exponentially. Some of the fines for things that were not even violations are $10,000 per violation. he has owned his own company for almost 30 years and has never had a lost time accident in his company. He says it is only to raise more money for OSHA and the government.
They are coming at us in a thousand different ways.

Wait ... there's more ... the Gubment is now planning on telling farmers what type of crops they are ALLOWED to grow. Goodbye freedom, you will be sorely missed.

Thank you Marsha, you are correct.

Here's an idea. Use the Cloward Pivens Theory against the Obama government. This theory was a theory about how to overload a government (capitalist) with Welfare Mouths until the government could no longer feed the proles and the proles would rebel, destroy the government and the new government could be made that would then redistribute wealth to prevent future 'rebellions'.

We could do the same thing...what if we all went barter? Remove ourselves from the tax system, start up barter systems with food producers, medical professionals, teachers, contracters, etc

The FDA couldn't inspect everyone. Pull a 'mass dash across the border to overwhelm border guards' thing...

Now that would be change we could believe in...

You are right Tim. A few months back they were creating legislature that would stop ANYONE who sells any type of produce to have to comply with very stick standards and would have to be inspected by the FDA(I think was the dept.) whoever is in charge of making sure our food is safe. Cause we all know what a great job they have been doing on that front. But back to what you ask. The goal it seemed was to stop even a small farm that only sold at a roadside or sm. weekend farmer's market to have to have a certificate which in order to have would cost them a fortune to have -- end results no one but large farms could sell anything to the public. So they inturn controll the price of corn-wheat-beans-tomatos ect. get the ideal of where they want to go with this.

I believe they have already started with small farms. I seem to remember some legislation proposed that makes small farms almost untenable. I can't quite remember what it was...something about forcing small farms to obey some sort of set of regulations...

Someone help me here...I am floundering...
