He will make $30 million for playing Dillinger in the new flick. His leaving a $4000 tip is the equivalent of a person who makes $60,000 per year leaving an $8 tip. Eight dollars. Perspective. (I wonder what will MUHAMMAD do with all that loot?)
Yes, perhaps you are right, but in this instance I don’t think it’s really about the amount per se. Granted, Depp might not feel the loss of that amount, but he surely knew the impact on the server it would have, and I think that is what should be focused on.
The reality is, he didn’t have to do that, and I’m sure it was certainly appreciated. Good for him.
perhaps you would have had him leave a 200,000 dollar tip to be considered good? ask oprah how much she tips people for making obscene money for doing basically nothing.
