Did they pay anyone to use their name...Tell them you will not give out personal information to an organization under criminal investigation... continue that line of questioning. She also suggested we ask them for identification and proof they are not illegal aliens. And of course then all the suggestions and actions everyone above suggested sounds like great fun. I did just that. I completed every page, tore it into small quarter size pieces, doused it with the innards of a few permanent markers of different colors, soaked it in garbage for a few days to get the aroma just where I wanted it and then put it in a plastic bag in an envelope and mailed it to the address on the envelope with no return address. Honest... I sent it in and they can not prove otherwise even with a poly. Let 'em fine me. After that they can just kiss my entire big fat rosy butt.
