    The wording he uses sounds similar to a rule change in Wisconsin requiring any one in the building trade (construction) to register with commerce. Even the solo handyman will have to pay the new fee. They will also enforce unemployment insurance and workmans comp. Its their way to squeeze out the little guys like me who doesn’t make enough to pay all that shit. I still have a family to feed. I will find some work, but that is the first shot I feel aimed directly at me. I would live in a cardboard box before giving more money for them to waste. :evil:
