    He said the decisions regarding where to open plants and what models produced will NOT be made by the government but rather GM management.

    But prior to that he said that the number of GM cars produced domestically will increase and at least 3 times he mentioned “fuel efficient” cars and later on “green jobs” and a tax credit for trading in your SUV for an eco-shitbox.
