Opponents of Chrysler’s sale to Fiat are asking the Supreme Court to block the deal. Three Indiana state pension and construction funds filed emergency papers at the high court early Sunday to put the sale on hold so they can pursue an appeal

    Great. The only way this power hog will be stopped is when the every day citizen is hit in the wallet.Put anyone’s pension on the line and they will come out swinging..Let’s pray SCOTUS has the courage and conviction to take this case on……. :lol:

      SCTUS didn’t even have the balls to rule against ACORN “before” the election.
