    Consider the following link and then ask yourself: Does this mean that we won’t have the option to NOT buy health care insurance and, if so, will we be fined and / or arrested for violating the law? Plus: if we have violated the law, will we be turned away from receiving medical care because we didn’t get health care coverage?

    Remember: there is a large number of people that are both young and statistically speaking don’t need the coverage and, even if they did, it isn’t something they can easily afford while working their minimum wage jobs. Talk about taking away your right to NOT choose health care AND force, by law, a financial hardship upon a free people!
