Legally Registered is an oxymoron, unconstitutional, and therefore irrelevent. Huge PARENT FAIL. Gun was not properly SECURED or STORED, and no I’m not promoting those stupid “gun locks”. There are ways to keep a weapon readily accessible without being a hazard to kids.
