    I call Bullshit :!: I’m a female Mechanical Designer, working in a male dominated field for over 20 years. I learned to stand up for myself early on in my carreer and have confidance in my abilities. Again I call Bullshit, I’m treated with respect by all the men I work with. This is not just fellow Engineers and Designers, but the guys on the shop floors from Welders to Aircraft Mechanics and Machinist in the backshop.

Hard work, confidence in ones ability, able to cohesively integrate into a team, resolve conflict at the lowest level and taking responsibility for ones own actions has produced the fruit of success in life. This is the antithesis of the lib doctrine and obama agenda. The growing entitlement class has been trained to promote this victim mentality and hence “needs” big gov (Krauthammer follows) “to judicially mandate a racial spoils system on which litigant is less advantaged”.
