Glad to be livin’ in TN right now!!!

33 out of 50 now affirming states rights. Sounds like a majority to me. I think its time for those 33 states to get together and come up with a plan to start saying “no” to the feds, and start by not sending federal income taxes. I think that would send a message. Now isn’t sending a message what this is about?

yes it is….and it needs to be done now…they need to get this idiotic federal government in check!
and then prosecute the usurper along with all of those that knew about or covered up his birth certificate!!!!

This Saturday, June 6th, supporters like you are organizing Health Care Organizing Kickoffs all over the country. This is your chance to join up with local supporters, get the facts, make a plan for building support in your neighborhood, and start putting that plan into action.

Sign up to attend a Health Care Organizing Kickoff near you.

I will be the guy in Worcester, MA with the sign that reads:

    GOT 10TH Amendment?

We will wait and see if this is as far as it goes.
They need to start rejecting some mandates and tell the courts to go to hell.

I live in Illinois and really can’t believe they did this,,,,but I’m glad. We have been close on concealed carry. But Chicago is a problem. To many Obama liberals up there.
The grassroots is where it is at. When we start winning the real anger and rage in Obama is going to surface.

If you have not read this yet please do it was in the Wall Street Journal on April 23rd by Randy E Barnett The Case for a Federalism Amendment please do. we all need to push this and support it so it will happen.

The state House of Representatives passed the companion bill (HB 1796 by Ben West and Henry Fincher) last week and the bill will now head to the governor’s office.

There were 87 representatives and 21 senators who voted in favor of the bill.

It’s a good thing don’t get me wrong but it needs the Govenor’s signature

In Idaho, the house has passed a resolution, with several state senators as co-sponsors. The resolution passed with about 12 nays. (those folks are marked for recall efforts) The senate has yet to pass a resolution. I’m waiting for an email back from my senator to find out why. And the governor has not backed any such effort either. He can be recalled too. If I don’t hear from my good senator, I will be calling is house. We have no time to wait. Action will be happening here soon. I suggest everyone on this forum get involved in your own states. Email me on ACTIVE and I will tell you how to start…
