Mrs. Scoot and I were watching Anthony Bourdain on the Trave Channel the other night, and he was in Chile. The show mentioned this, and we both looked at each other because of the date that it happened, don’t know if it has anything to do with our 9/11, but it struck us as odd:

As a veteran who liberated Central America, 83-86 Honduras (that would be 20th century), I find this similar, and, disturbing.
We must support these people.
I guess since I mentioned Cent America, y’all will delegitamize my point of view.
Those people were advertised as un-manageable?!?!?
Guess what, they are fully capable of self-gubment.
Let these people free.
