If the CBO’s numbers are already showing that costs will be larger, and those calculations are based upon what is known, then when the unknown costs are added to those known values, the costs will be even greater. It never fails, the costs of every government program are always much larger than the projections due to the unknown costs. They don’t decrease, they increase.

If the CBO numbers were in their favor, they’d be saying, ‘oh but the CBO numbers say this is a good proposal, they are the guage’, but now it’s like ‘what the hell does the CBO know’ How pathetically predictable.
