It won’t matter democrats will push it through anyway since they have the 60 votes they need.
Not necessarily, there are quite a few Democrats with enough sense to know that Crap and Trade is bad for their chances for reelection. If enough people contact those still on the fence, I think we still have a very good chance at defeating it in the Senate.
