    How about a basic issue, for instance, in your opinion is the Constitution of the United States a valid document? A document that will solely guide your decisions as a Supreme Court Justice?

    Or is it a “document of negative liberties”, a belief held by the man who nominated you to SCOTUS?

    Because if it’s the latter, you will be committing PERJURY when you take the oath of office.
