Just got off the phone with ACTIVE‘s publicist Tara Michaels. Sidebar: She was telling me that a friend of hers was a writer on the X-Files. According to her, the X-Files writing and producing staff used to listen to Alex Jones broadcasts, and used a variety of his conspiracies theories as the basis for episode plots.

About to start a conference call with the Dame Truth, ACTIVE’s National Internet Operations Officer, regarding ACTIVE’s first internet operation. In ACTIVE, the term “operation” is used in the same way it is used in the military. it is perfectly analagous to a combat operation. So, the National Internet Operations Officer is in charge of political combat operations on the internet.
