Unlike other countries. The media would have the population believe that democracy & a republic are the same thing they are not. Democracy is mob rule while a republic is based on the rule of law. Allowing democracy to trump the republic lead to dictatorships. The Honduran congress & supreme court is standing up for the republic and not the mob rule demanded by the people voting for the want to be dictator. I hope the actions of the Hondurans serves as a beacon of light for the path to maintaining & protecting the free republics around the world.
