Head for this mall and let them all know you are displeased with it’s corporate action.
Hand out flyers to every business in the mall stating that you will not support their business’ any longer because of the anti-CONSERVATIVE-free-speech stance of mall management.
Publically label the mall as a Leftist Stalinist Organization with a picket line at the entrances.
Think of other actions possible to disrupt business because of their actions. Make them appologize in a very public manner, even if the business owner does not want to go back there.
How about an ACCDF law suit?

If you get the other store owners pissed off enough, they will force action on the mall owner or even leave themselves.
Now THAT would be poetic justice.

Geezus! I wish I had a nickle for ever anti-Bush merchandise I saw (and still see) at the malls and stores.
DesignR is on the right path. Normally I think boycotts are not very productive, but writing a letter and hand delivering it to each store manager stating you will not shop their store until the mall management apologizes and offers space for this businessman publicly. Enough letters in a short time will very quickly drive the store managers to do the pushing, money talks. Picketing only works with mass, so unless 200+ people show and stay to cover all entrances, it won’t do much. The real power lies with the stores. Yes, it hurts those businesses that aren’t involved, but temporarily if they take action.

This is the same group of people that got the Atlanta Tea Party canceled (Simon Property Group) consisting of a big bunch of supporters for Obama’s campaign (big surprise!)
Well, the plot thickens. Seems the hurt needs to be spread out further than this mall.

Email your complaint about the forced closure > http://www.simon.com

Also (same site), search for Simon mall properties in your area so you can avoid giving them your business…or should I say, conservative dollars!

Emailed my response. Preparing to go to war with Simon Malls in MA.

We need an invasion.
Invade the mall and post the stickers every damn where.
Demand offensive shirts like the marijuana one is removed (even though I am for legal use of marijuana though I don’t smoke it, despite what others have said about me).
Raise HELL.
Pray in the mall.
How about get a bunch of people to put down rugs and pray to Mecca?
We could turn the mall inside out.
I am stuck in summer camp until mid August.
Set a date I can show up and I’ll drive down from MA and join you.
Send letters, sure.
I say go further.

“Pray in the mall.”
Great strategy. Pray in one hand and crap in the other. See which piles up first.

It all depends on who you pray to.
In your case, you’ll be buried in shit. Bon Appetit.

Pat do you think that this might be a thing to add to ACTIVE site, ie have a section with various petitions This way when people pass around the petition you will be driving traffic to ACTIVE as well.
I personally think that the petition for this should address every business in that mall (the parent company) and the mall owners (and all of their subsidiaries)

We need an announced NATIONAL BOYCOTT of all these Mall’s, pass the word, mention it at Tea Parties and
write to the local newspapers.
