that is simply disgusting. just fucking perverted and disgusting that the ONLY stipulation is that these CHILDREN have to be home by 11:30. where is the line between going to the school yard to pick one up or going to the club to feel one up? fucking sick

Wow,this is surprising since RI REGULATES and TAXES EVERYTHING!!! I guess the laws don’t apply to the favorite vices of the left.

Apparently there is at least one person here who is not aware that ‘stripping’ has been legal in public schools for some time. It’s called Sexting. Why not let it out into the public arena?
When I reported a ‘video’ being shared of a young ‘student’ at a school I was sub’ing at in Worcester, MA being ‘serviced’ by an overly eager young lady in the boy’s bathroom I was asked two question by the assistant principal and given one statement:
Question #1 Why were you looking at it?
Answer – It was being shared in the hallways between classes by sending it to the cell phones which were, supposedly, not allowed in school.
Question #2 Why are you interested?
Answer – I thought it was my job to report the potential for sexual activity outside of the classroom and, by what I heard, unprotected sexual activity.
Comment: Mr. Roesch, you will drop this. Thank you.
The principal refused to talk to me and my position at the school was terminated without reason or cause.
Rhode Island appears to be a bit late on the uptake.

The problem is not loopholes it is poorly written law.
