The best I ever heard was my wife’s best friend, Staci Hall of Bucklin, Kansas at Wichita Thunder hockey games. Acapella. Period. No further discussion required.

So should Michael Bolton. Of course, he’s just a moron!…..And I hope Jimi Hendrix is barking in hell for his massacre of our beloved National Anthem.

Jimi was a fervent patriot, served in the army 101 AIRBORNE

and i think his studio version (forget the muddy audio of woodsuck) of our anthem is a wonderful exciting vibrant expression of the love her had for his country

The best I’ve ever heard was Kelsey Grammer at the MBL All-Star game.

He got a two or three minute standing ovation.

    A perfect moment.

Robert Merrill sang it at the Yankees game when I was a kid. He was at his best as an opera singer and he had people screaming. Didn’t need to see the ballgame after that.

    Jimi served his country.

Dancing to the National Anthem? Butt wipes
