    Even if they had gunned the thief down in self defense, it would have been a non-issue since they live in Texas were you can defend yourself.

    xavier, that doesn’t mean the media agrees with that right. dont you remember the case were the old man shot those thugs stealing from the house next door? the media crusified the guy.. how soon we forget.

      I do remember that story, I do recall he was not charged. But you are right, the media kept that snippet of data on the down low didn’t they.

      None of the mainstream media ever went & interviewed the guy either. Rightfully so, they probably would have trespassed on his property and may have been shot at. God forbid the media have any respect for citizens rights.

      IMO, the mainstream media is a propaganda tool for socialism/communism and is therefore an enemy (equal to communism) of freedom in America.

      They like to hide behind the 1st Amendment as if it gives them the right to destroy American freedom from within America.
