Just stop them now! Send them all home so they can’t hurt us anymore! Or wrap them up in duct tape and throw them all in the cellar of the capitol building until the deficit is paid off.
Tell them that any law they pass they are required to live under as well. In fact they, and their immediate family members, are required to stand at the end of every line they create and are to be served LAST every time. Much of this would evaporate over night.
