    Congressional abuse of the Constitution is a more appropriate descriptions IMO.

    No disrespect, but forget about an apology we need to demand that all politicians be held accountable! Politicians have run amok of the Constitution for a long time. They have abused their positions to distort the purpose of the Constitutions to push their own agendas and the American people have looked the other way and allowed it to happen.
