Via Tammy Bruce, Atlas Shrugged and Newsbusters (three terrific conservative sites) and Bedlam Magazine (an arts site) comes news of a poster spreading across Los Angeles, depicting Obama as a Heath Ledger Joker, and carrying the caption “Socialist.”

Noel Sheppard of Newsbusters includes pictures of the actual posters in use:

There will more of this. Count on it. Obama’s cool image is so 2008. It’s a long way down from lowering the oceans to laughingstock.

    I hope they aren’t a bunch of knock-offs of this…I hope THIS is the poster that will be plastered around the country…It’s more effective that way. The idiot children that voted for Mr. HopenChange may decide to look up the word “Socialism”

    I’ve been trying to find a good quality large version of this to print and I can’t find anything. Anyone have something that is printable that doesn’t look like crap? Post a link if so.

    This may be worth printing a few hundred at the local Kinkos to post around town. Printing on my little ink jet is pointless since it would not weather the rain or morning dew (ok, I am optimistic that they would be left up for more than 10 minutes herein socialist hell)

      Just so ya know, this image is going viral very fast. You can now get T-shirts, posters, B-stickers, etc. I’m waiting til someone starts producing flags that can be flown at T-parties and home flag poles. Hell maybe even a redstate Capitol will run on up under the American flag. BTW, this has been posted on many forums and facebook accounts and it is being used as an avatar by quite a number of forum members. Today, when Rush commented on this image he noted that when it becomes “COOL” to mock obama that will mark the beginning of the end for him.

      Yes, “Obama the Socialist Joker” is going beyond viral to pandemic.

      I at first simply chose it to annoy the limp lefties on propeller.com, but on a lark switched my twitter avatar. Then I got a tweet, from another Dollard visitor Syndromeofadown, urging me to begin promoting that others switch.

      A few of us torturing lefty loons was fun, but whoever started pasting them in lib leaning LA really launched the virus.

      Given the 0′s ego each mocking image must be like a pin in a voodoo doll for poor President Training Pants. :evil:

    I made a sticker at zazzle that says “My (kids elementary school) 3rd grader is smarter than your Obama”
    and to the right it has the hopey changey blue and red pic of him, but with a propeller beanie and underneath his image it says E=BS2 (bullshit squared).

    It’s interesting to watch people’s reaction to it in my rearview mirror. It’s almost always either outright disgust and head shaking or roaring laughter. Quite entertaining.
