Just another goddamned product of an amoral society. In thirty seconds or less, I pegged this waste as shallow and disturbed with the inability to socially integrate at any level. That was just from the losers’ apartment tour. So that’s how he handled his mid-life crisis. The libs hatch em young. I am saddened and outraged that these useful productive people died in such a useless death.

Closet homosexual. Unable to socially integrate?
As a teacher I often deal with kids who have problems ‘socially integrating’. They have deformities, scars, stutters, CP, Autism et al, they see the world in an odd way, they have issues such as rape, watching a sibling or parent killed, etc etc etc.
So, do we just pass off such people as closet homos with poor taste in furniture?
Or do we find ways to meet people, work to be friends with people, learn more about our neighbors, reach out or do we retreat into a shell and shake our pseudopods when someone becomes unhinged?
This was not a tragedy. It was an eventuality.
My prayers go out to all of them, including him.
I wish I had the opportunity to meet him and, possibly as a friend (sure, go ahead, call me a closet homo too), help him ‘socially integrate’.
Who knows what our smile or helping hand prevents in the way of situations such as this one?

I would never call you a closet homo because you wanted to befriend him. I agree with your post on helping others. But his blog and words mark him as someone who had some serious issues. He had a lot of self hate, who knows why? To take the lives of innocent women speaks volumes about his character. I know many people who have been through hell in their lives and don’t take this approach to it.
BTW, I was the one sticking up for the mentally handicapped kids in HS, making friends with those who didn’t have many friends, and giving hell to those who made fun of different people.

Why couldn’t he have just done like so many guys, by simply hooking up at a bar, through a little alcohol, meeting the wrong chick, marrying her and subsequently paying for said mistake for the next 20 to 30 years.
