25 Foreign-born Sex Offenders Arrested In Houston

A five-day sweep by federal immigration officials and Houston-area law enforcement officers resulted in the arrests last week of 25 foreign-born convicted sex offenders, officials said Monday.
Of those arrested, four entered the country illegally while two had been students who remained in the U.S. after their visas had expired, officials said.
Another sex offender had not yet obtained residen- cy. The remaining 18 were legal residents, ICE officials said.
Among the predators were a Conroe resident, 49, who had been convicted in California of sexually assaulting his stepdaughters, 12 and 15. Another was a 38-year-old permanent resident living in Houston who had been convicted of sexually assaulting his daughter, 12.
Legal residents convicted of a criminal offense may be deported from the United States, ICE officials said.
Those who were rounded up came from several countries in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, officials said.
The arrests were part of Operation Predator, led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

When I was a Watch Analyst at DHS my office was in the old 4th and I Street location in DC. In the windows on the front of the building were the Top 10 Wanted DHS posters. 6 of the top 10 had listed as their first crimes sexual assault, 5 were assaults against minors. Illegal immigration was the second crime listed.
Here’s a direct quote of the alleged President: “…When communities are terrorized by ICE immigration raids, when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing, when people are detained without access to legal counsel, when all that is happening, the system just isn’t working, and we need to change it…” He’s slit the throat of the intelligence community repeatedly, the local police and feds and inspector general community repeatedly, now he continues to stick it immigration. What part of sedition and sabtoteur does the electorate NOT understand??????

By the way, tool, “detained without access to legal counsel” does not attach to Miranda v. Arizona. You must first be in custody for these warnings to be required. And you’re an attorney????????
