    I hope he is from Wisconsin. We cannot conceal carry, which we would prefer. We can open carry here and choose do so when we can. Until our Atty. General JB Van Hollen put out a statement earlier this year, citizens were being harrassed and arrested from their own back yards. My family has been involved in Open Carry Picnics to promote the awareness of our rights as law abiding citizens. We are have an Open Carry Picnic on Aug 23, 2009in western Wisconsin.     If he was white the MSM would give him the “Joe the Plumber ” treatment. We’d have an investagation into everything about this man and his family. Something just doesn’t smell right about this bringing firearms to rallys stuff. I’m withholding judgement for a while.
