I’m sorry, I’m just not impressed with McCain.

    Never have been.

Thank you for your service, sir, but you’re still a douche.

McCain still waffles. No assertive backbone. He is everything that has infected the Republican party. He is a RINO.

Follow the line of thought Stephi(if you can): When the government gets involved in the cost factor, in this case offering to pay for the end of life counseling, the end result begs the question: Since the government is now financially involved, how much is enough? Especially when it is a statistical fact that a large expenditure of Medicare and Medicaid is in the last year of a person’s life. And we all know how much government loves to applies those stats! (just ask Ezekiel) The sad fact is, the government consistently adopts the old saying, even when it comes to “valuing” a person’s life: “We’ll save a buck, no matter what it costs!”

McCain’s no rino, he’s just too dam polite. What we need is someone with nothing too lose, who isn’t afraid to lay it all on the line and say it how it is.

  • Phil Byler

I have been a defender of McCain and still am. Here, he is politely standing firm in opposing ObamaCare and in agreeing with Palin.

McCain’s voting record this year is conservative and as good as any. McCain has voted AGAINST every Obama bailout bill. McCain has voted AGAINST every Obama deficit spending bill, denouncing the multi-trillion dollar deficit spending as “generational theft,” a phrase thereafter used by Sean Hannity. McCain has voted AGAINST the confirmations of tax cheat Geithner, radical pro-abortion advocate Sebellius, leftist Kagan and transnational legal theorist Koh to their respective positions in the Obama Administration. McCain voted AGAINST the confirmation of Sotomayer to the U.S. Supreme Court. McCain has announced he is opposed to Obama’s cap and trade bill and opposed to ObamaCare.

McCain comes from an older generation of Americans, one that does not really like the partisanship that is, as McCain has recognized, caused by the pursuit of left wing policies by Obama, the Democrats and their allies. But make no mistake: he is a hawk concerning foreign policy, military matters and national security, he is committed to the free enterprise system and American democracy, he is a pro-life fiscal conservative and he is the person who presented himself so impressively at Rick Warren’s Saddleback Forum.

And given McCain’s service as a Naval combat aviator and POW who endured real torture at the hands of sadistic North Vietnamese prison guards, one word that should not be applied to McCain is “douche.” As Pete Hegseth of Veterans for America once wrote about McCain, “respect the man.”

Okay, you’re right… and I apologize to Mr. McCain.

But he’ll never be right with me after the whole Scamnesty bill.

      Never.

    • Sully

You must know Phil that many ‘conservatives’ are still trying to cover for their own staying at home and not voting at all because they swallowed the kool-aid that there was ‘no difference’ between McCain and a dictator.
On amnesty, McCain responded properly to public opinion (and the same back-stabbing by Progressives that America is now dealing with) and withdrew support.

Now would I like him to be more vociferous in the effort to reclaim America?
      You betcha! ;-)

RINOs voted for Obama’s bailout and budget bills and for Obama’s nominees to his Administration and to the U.S Supreme Court. McCain has done none of that. RINOS will vote for ObamaCare and Obama cap and trade. McCain has announced opposition.

RINOs are weak-kneed concerning foreign policy, military matters and national security and are pro-choice spenders. McCain is a hawk concerning foreign policy, military matters and national security and is a pro-life fiscal conservative.

No, McCain is not a RINO, not even close.

Little boy Stephie, one of Clinton’s lying hit men who loved to destroy women victims of Clinton. He has no business being in the “news”. He’s a propagandist. Nothing more, nothing less.

    • Phil Byler

Agreed. I watched the whole interview and was completely disgusted by little boy Georgy Stephie.

Obama is all for killing babies why is it so in- conceivable to think he isn’t lining his sights on the infirm and handicapped. Hitler did and we stood by and let him do it. For evil to succeed , good men need only to stand by and do nothing. Slippery slope scenerio

  • Mike Mose

McCain had a chance to lead conservatively and rejected that position. He has support liberal policy into the death of Amerikkka. He is the problem. If the right negotiates with the left we lose. The right needs to eliminate the left. McCain has been a very good friend and tool of the left for his career.

  • Double Tap

McCain has never once been able to just stand on his hid legs and say “BULLSHIT” not once. He just dances like he is so damned afraid to say anything confrontational. Jeez. Grow a pair.
