    My family and I were on the North shore of Ohau one year and these parents had this 5-6 year old on a 25 foot rope and harness. Tied to a coconut tree he could get to within 5 feet of the water. Poor little bastard could not get wet. Oh well atleast he did not drown. Liberal babysitter. A rope and harness.
