Of course there will be increased taxes, the Democrats are in power, it’s their MO!!! The middle class and the wealthy are the “Cash Cows” and will get Tapped Hard, count on it!!
The unproductive members of society will be the only beneficiaries.

The ‘middle class’ is a phenomenon unique to Capitalism and serves no purpose in a Socialist environment.
