    Transgender is the incorrect term the tests were ordered due to a medical condition. A transgendered person is one who is clearly a male or female but feels they should be the other. Medical conditions on the other hand can cause people whose gender, due to a medical abnormality, to be not clearly defined.

    I think it is just a shame that this person could not just state their sexual preference and then showcase their athletic talent. The fact that they had to lie about their sexual preference to showcase their athletic talent is a shame.
