MSNBC is reporting “thousands or MAYBE ten’s of thousands.” To her credit, the MSNBC anchor in the studio tells the reporter on the ground that she has a “bird’s eye” view and says that there are way more people than that in the area. He quickly backtracks and says “tens of thousands is probably not an overestimation.” Keep fighting. Alinsky would be proud.

Two anti-abortion protestors gunned down this week. Nothing today in the news. Never mentioned by Obama. Never mentioned by any politician that I’ve heard.
From the foreign press, up to two million marched yesterday against Obama’s drive to socialism. Judging by Sunday news shows, we should be ashamed, It didn’t happen, or the “thousands” that were there were white racists or totally funded by the insurance and pharmaceutical companies – astroturf. Two million people who spent their time and treasure to make their voice heard have been slighted and ignored. Even more, MOCKED.
So what should the next step be to save the Republic?

Their side is not gaining in numbers and you can’t get through to people with a head full of rocks … besides, their main audience is the ‘fringe’ (of the left) which IS small in comparison. What’s important is to win the hearts and minds of fence-sitters and those who had doubts. Our numbers will grow and it’s only important, for the moment, that WE know that.

I was there, I started approximately four blocks in-back of the front of the March. We got about six blocks and spotted two Brother with another friend who is an 81 year old Gold-star Vietnam Mother. We jumped out of the March to be with them. We were there for one hour and the throng of people never let up! When we jumped back in the March and it was still jammed packed for blocks behind us. Park Police estimated the Patriots at 1.5 million. I have it on good authority the DC Metro Police said 2.2 million. The largest March in the history of this Nation!!!

I was there and it was awesome. A couple things about the crowd. Seemed to me about 50% were over 50 yrs of age. The older folks seemed to migrate in and out more. There were very few public porta pots supplied by the D.C gubment. I’m 48 and cant hold it like I used to. Felt bad for the old folks who were required to leave in order to seek a bathroom. Very few vendors as well. Many older folks can not stand around for hours so they made thier showing and went home. If all the folks were there at one time it would have been much larger. Very peaceful, respectful mob!
