    Yeah, kinda like here in Ca, where the feds diverted the water to save a 2″ bait fish in the Sac delta, (water flows out to sea), meanwhile the central valley suffers a fed-made drought as a result. If the governator had a set of stones, he’d invoke the 10th amendment, and send the Cal National Guard to the pumping stations and re-divert the f’ing water. Higher produce prices coming to a supermarket near you.
