    I predicted impeachmentall along. I am a voice of one. I see it gathering in clouds. People are, as Obama skillfully delibered verbally at one of his campaign stops “…You’ve been bamboozled, hoodwinked…” Well it has been this every day since January. His impeachment will be a collective desire. Moderate and conservative democrats are not stipid.

    the problem with impeachment, is it would not take effect untill obambis term is over. even at a fast track pace, not eveyone is on board .

      the way to get this prick out of office is to support and press the case that is ongoing in California!!!!! It is in the California Federal Court, Judge Carter presiding. In the beginning of October is when a discovery/arguments will be heard if I am not mistaken.

    In the past, Congress has issued Articles of Impeachment for acts in three general categories:

    “Exceeding the constitutional bounds of the powers of the office.”

    “Behavior grossly incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office.”

    “Employing the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.”

    Then the charges have to be presented by the House to the Senate, which then formulates rules and procedures for holding a trial.

    ALL THIS can take months and months and the doofus has the House on his side. Does this country have that much time?

    The only way he’ll ever be impeached is if we get enough rock-ribbed conservative patriots in Congress in 2010 to make a difference. Otherwise, it will take removal by force to get the usurper out of the White House. Even if he IS impeached or loses an election, I don’t see him leaving peacefully. Maybe I’m just getting pessimistic in my old age, but I’ve never yet seen a communist leave office that wasn’t feet-first or on the run from an angry mob.

    Start proceedings for TREASON, it can be proven my friends. TREASON allows the removal by force of any entity that has been convicted.
    OBAMA has committed TREASON, then let’s go after all politicians that facilitated this SON OF A JACKAL into the AMERICAN experiment.
    This one experiment that simply became toxic.
    There was a caller (housewife) from California that was on RUSH today towards the last segment of the show, you MUST listen to her voice-clip. She enraged me to fight Obamashit, she was better than any REPUBLICAN politician we have now….Joe/Virginia should tap her as a VP to run with him for 2012!!!!!!!

    How many other organizations has Odumbo funded with taxpayer dollars? I’m sure that he has plenty of “troops” ready to hit the ground and fight in his defense. He is using this country as his own personal little social experiment. That is why he has surrounded himself with radicals and anarchists. He is looking for the day when he can declare some sort of National Emergency where he has to “suspend the Constitution” to save the day. All of his troops are just awaiting the signal to mobilize and seize power.
