They are taking military research grant money and coming up constantly with new technology - and they are loading those classes with Red Chinese students who take the research back to China with them. Right now there is a research project on molecular studies of steel that will lead to more silent bearings on nuclear subs. I have been told by the professor in that interview that there is not an American in that research class - they are all Red Chinese.
