    He’s a political hack, a career prosecutor, not a street cop, not a street agent groomed to lead street agents who eanred his way to this position. The schism here is a city drowning in quality of life issues caused by illrgals squatting and exploiting, where kidneappings are at least one a day.

    He cites statistics spawned under the breath of fresh air during Gonzalez, not this capitualating, compromising, sabotage under Napolitano and Obama who have knelt to La Raza.

      Kirk: This issue has successfully had roots in leftist politicians for several decades. The absolute arrogance of them to be more than compassionate with deliberate felony violations of law combined with underfunding and underequpping law enforcement efforts is astonishing.

      They have been getting away with this for decades, and today there are an estimated 12 million illegal aliens living in this country. For the politicians to never see consequence in their deliberate obstruction of justice is an insult to this nation and a glaring lack of resolve on the part of the electorate or the judiciary branch.

      To listen to this administration’s claims and deliberate declawing of the enforcement advantages under Bush is equally as revealing. Harboring illegal aliens is a felony.

      You harbor them when you provide shelter, transport, afford them unwarranted benefits afforded to citizens when you knowingly do these things as Pelosi desires knowing full well these people are suspects in violations of criminal and egregious administrative acts.

      The Obama Administration is rapidly dismantling national security and it is breathtaking to watch how people are turning their heads.

      Yeah, but no president has done anything about securing the borders, including the ones for whom I voted [Reagan, Bush 41 and W]. And they each had the opportunity to do a lot more than the did. We need a President with BALLS who will stand up to the “political correct” assholes. Where is he/she?

    Illegal means illegal, and crossing the border without being lawfully admitted is a felony, and Sheriff Joe has every right to round up the illegals and ship them back home. Nappy didn’t do SQUAT about IAs when she was Governor of AZ. She vetoed many bills that would have toughened up on the enforcement, and the AZ Legislature overrode several of them. Human smuggling, kidnapping, extortion, torture and murder stats have all gone up while ICE/DHS/AZ DPS have all sat on their behinds and talked while Sheriff Joe is actually doing something about it.

    Morton mentioned “balancing the enforcement laws” which is double speak for letting illegals go and stay here illegally so ACORN can sign them up as voters. Sheriff Joe says Fuck You and sends them back.

    That “balance” is not working out so well for Morton and the shee beast Napalatonio and her boss Hussein so they must shut down Joe. Screw them and the horse they rode in on! Sheriff Joe – keep up the good work and continue to throw it right back at them! You have our support 1000%!

    Earlier this year, abortionist Dr. George Tiller was gunned down as he served as an usher in his local church. “Pro-choice” advocates all across the country such as Cyril Mychalejko lamented on their blogs the fact that, as they saw it, the Bush 43 Administration had been lax in prosecuting individuals who had violated the 1994 FACE Act, ie. the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. This law, signed by President Clinton, was designed to prohibit acts of intimidation, harassment, or violence against women who were attempting to enter abortion clinics.

    According to Mr. Mychalejko, Bush Administration tolerance of “anti-choice” (their words) protesters and groups had allowed such groups to demonize abortion providers and create an environment that would sanction acts of violence against them. So Bush’s failure to enforce the FACE Act and pursue “anti-choice” groups, they argued, had actually allowed an act of violence like Dr. Tiller’s murder to happen.

    In addition to calling upon the new Obama Administration to change the Bush policy within the US Justice Department, Cyril Mychalejko called upon his LOCAL Philadelphia mayor and police department to do their part in enforcing FEDERAL LAW, saying:

    “I hope that Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey will make our city the gold standard when it comes to enforcing the FACE Act” (see http://www.phillyimc.org/en/anti-abortion-terrorism-can-be-prevented).

    Well now isn’t that interesting? When it’s a cause the Left believes in like abortion, it’s perfectly okay for local police to do what the federal government appears reluctant to do in order to enforce federal law. But, when it comes to illegal immigration, local authorities need to nib out and leave it to the feds because it’s a matter of federal law. Sorry, Libs. You can’t have it both ways. Keep up the good work, Sheriff Joe!!
