“I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama’s eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer’s arguments.”

Just wondering, if it is proved that Obama is in fact illegitimate, what happens to all the policy changes he enacted, bills he signed, etc? I would assume the Nov 2008 election would have to be considered illegit too since you just could not have Biden become the pres since the people would have voted for an illegit president tkt in 2008.

    This is going to get gloriously ugly. I have no idea how it is going to turn out. Everyone on our side is on extremely dangerous ground. With tears in my eyes, I admire the bravery and commitment involved on my behalf and say a heartfelt “thank you”. I wish there was some way I could “stand a post” on this one and watch Orly and the Judge’s six. God bless and watch over all of this, and may He bring it to a just conclusion.

    Perhaps Judge Carter has had contact with certain elements of the Government, I’m thinking the Secret Service and or the Marines, who have assured him that Obama will be removed if found to be ineligible.

    If Judge Carter were “taken out” it would be so obvious that even the most brain-washed Libtard couldn’t miss it. Ho!Bama is certainly paying *very* close attention. However, at this point it would be unbelievably stupid for any rash attempts to silence him or Orly. That said, we’ll see. :shock:

    I have a feeling that Ho!Bama won’t finish his first term. If he is proven to be a non-American, we’ll see if Congress and the Senate have the pistachios to remove him. If the evidence proves out, this could be a lot of fun!

    If Judge Carter is ‘taken out’, it will be time for this government to be ‘taken out’, whether libs are on board or not … quite a few of them will be held accountable also. Nazi Nancy would not get a free pass in all of this, but on the far-fetched notion that she would fast-track to the top there are a few Dems with some sense left that can’t stand her. She would be out of their way and wouldn’t get a damn thing done … a paper president. I could just see her now, throwing temper tantrums and stamping her feet, “Why doesn’t anybody listen to me!!?” But, for me, I’m all for ousting her as well along with all the other traitorous Dem cronies in the House and Senate. And, it wouldn’t just stop at throwing them out … they need to face the music for their years of misdeeds.

    On the ‘far-fetched’ notion bit, I realize the procedure is that she would take the top spot. What is far-fetched is that SHE comes out of all of this clean and free.

    I’m not really hanging any hopes on this, although I am very pleased to see this going forward. I guess my skepticism lies in the fact that Obama and powers-that-be behind him will do everything in their power to discredit and destroy the case before it happens. There’s a lot of time between now and then. We very well could see another major attack or crisis before January .

    If he were to be found ineligible and thus removed, it would create a Constitutional crisis never seen. Questionable if crazy Joe would be seated as POTUS since he was party to fraud. Nanzi Pelosi might also be questionable if she was responsible for certifying Obama’s eligibility, that has to be verified. Seems to me the vetting process is not clearly defined, giving plenty of loopholes dems involved.

    In my opinion, the 2008 Election would have to be considered a fraud, and the runner up (McCain/Palin) would have to be sworn in. Pelosi could NOT take power because of her involvement. They would ALL have to face Trial for High Treason against THE PEOPLE. :smile: :gun:
