I have the following information from a very reliable military affairs source:

“Obama was presented three options by General McChrystal:

1) small increase, 2) 40,000 extra troops, 3) Over 60K troops. 40K is the primary choice of the top brass, — in presenting 3 options, he was able to illustrate why the 2nd option is preferred, there is concern about the Army not having enough helicopters to safely move troops within AFG, and MRAPS aren’t fucntioning well on AFG roads, so new vehicles are being sent…and more are being ordered. It seems Obama is leaning towards option 2.”

    I don’t believe anything they ( the joker’s men )say because they originally said this country CANNOT afford to send the troops. No Money. Why? The money went to the EU and the UN and god know where else.

    Thats why they want this healthcare passed to collect our money because they blew the whole TARP on crap and won’t tell us.

    Obambi has 2 bad choices at this point, as I see it.
    First, is to do nothing, as he has done throughout his time as the CIC. This will frustrate the left, as our troops will certainly die at a higher rate than we have currently. The left will eventually refer to him as the “chocolate Bush” This scenario I hope NEVER happens. Not for Obama’s ego, but for the lives of those heroes who do what we won’t.

    Second, He does add 40K more troops, and, regardless of the outcome, is labeled “chocolate bush” from the left. I opine that this will happen, and the AFPAK theater will stabilize greatly. Since this will not help him with his supporters, he goes down, becuase no matter what he says or does, we will never vote for his ass.

    He’s waffling of A-stan. He has to. Either choice will guarrantee his loss in ’12. Sadly, every day he waffles, more of our unrecognized troops will die. That in itself, deserves impeachment.

    May be brilliant work by McChrystal, in that Obama is thinking 2/3rds of the way is going to appease his anti-war voting base while similarily pacifying the right enough to get us off his back for a while.

    This is as close to a non-answer as he can get while still showing limited action. So if it all goes wrong, he can claim he didn’t listen to McChrystal and if all goes right, he can claim glory for himself.

    Sounds like McChrystal put this option on the table overshooting the numbers. Is this a clever device to steer around Obama’s massive ego while still accomplishing the objectives we HAVE to accomplish? Many ways of looking at this, I guess.

    Sure is nice to know we have a cultured, measured Democrat as President. Everyone is so relieved you got rid of that war pig reactionary Bush. Now we can scrutinize and ponder and pontificate with largesse and refined vistas. Obama’s sooooo kewl!

    1. 10-15,000 troops to look good
    2. New mission – kill the clock
    3. Timeline for total pull-out
    4. Negotiations with the “moderate” Tollie Bahn factions on assuming control of the government
    5. Cut and run before election time 2012.
    6. Terrorist attacks on US soil, soon.

    This guys has no balls at all and doesn’t give a shit about the troops.

      Obama and his crew are well calculated and know exactly what they are doing and the affect it will have on world events. I never once believed in this aspect of his naievete. They all know exactly what they are doing. Merge with the world system so we can be accepted and at peace. Kneel in the face of tyrrany.

      You all have seen the reward for cutting off the missile defense shield haven’t you?
