    Rush should sue. The supposed quotations are totally fabricated. It would expose the lie, and it would help if people realized that it is accepted that innocent mistakes can happen, if you fabricate to defame and hurt, there can be serious consequences. Public discussion of an issue — here, Rush’s ownership of a NFL team — should not be warped by the kind of complete fabrication that occurred here.

    These Progressives are slimeballs … they’re district-picking and lawyer-shopping right now for the most favorable outcome. I’d wager a guess that Rush’s case ain’t gonna be an easy win. And I don’t think the Supreme Court would stand behind Rush for a case such as this.

    We’re surrounded by assholes in government … your individual rights and freedom of speech have long been under attack … elections have consequences.
