These Progressives are slimeballs ... they're district-picking and lawyer-shopping right now for the most favorable outcome. I'd wager a guess that Rush's case ain't gonna be an easy win. And I don't think the Supreme Court would stand behind Rush for a case such as this. Public discussion of an issue -- here, Rush's ownership of a NFL team -- should not be warped by the kind of complete fabrication that occurred here. Rush should sue.
