    I have it from a very reliable source that Shep is going to announce his engagement to Barney Frank. They plan on honeymooning in Cuba as Fidel’s guest of honor.
    Shep and Barney plan on moving to San Fransicko after their wedding. Shep will also announce that he will be taking Barneys Franks last name since he is the bitch.
