    The homeowner was shot IN THE BACK then once in the hip, once in the forearm and another 3 times while lying on the floor, all after being told, explicitly, that the perp’s being held at gun-point by the homeowner?

    And the P.D. cleared the Cop?

    I’ve watched this twice now and I still can’t believe it, if someone called me and told me this happened in Arizona of all places I wouldn’t have believed it.

      Mike3481 I completely agree. I am a gun owner and a Vietnam Veteran. I support the police in the vast majority of cases, but this is a joke. No verbal warning, no nothing. You don’t think that the frigging liberals in Washington aren’t going to use this? Cleared, my ass. :mad:

    Ha, I’m not surprised, its the Phoenix PD.

    The Phoenix mayor Phil Gordon is a liberal fuck and the Phoenix PD has been politically compromised for awhile now.

    Let’s just say they have been having very public disagreements with Sheriff Joe over illegal immigration for awhile now, so I’m not surprised that they would disregard the homeowners taking their defense into their own hands.

    The message they just sent to everyone in Phoenix is to be sure the situation is so safe you do not need a gun in your hand before you call the local PD.

    Shoot and kill the perp first. Evacuate the house and drive to the local tv station and pick up a camera crew. Then drive by your lawyer and pick him up. Then drive everyone to the police department. Fill out a police report and hand it to the officer. Drop slowly to the floor and lower yourself face first with hands extended all the while shouting “don’t shoot, I’m unarmed and surrendering”. Maybe then they won’t empty their pistols in the back of your head.

    If that were me, I’d be asking for Billions instead of millions. That is a police department that needs to be disbanded. From top to bottom.

    Is it just me or does the ticker at the bottom say the cop “accidentally shoots man 6 times”. CNN still can’t get it right. Accidents usually only involve one shot. Not six! :gun: :sad:

      My thoughts exactly!! An accident is once, MAYBE twice, but SIC times?!?!?!? that is wanton attempts to kill someone, in my view that is a cop who has been wanting to shoot someone and kill them, and was a time bomb ticking away.

      As psoted by many others, waste the intruder(s) and then call the cops, make sure you are lying on the floor or the ground unarmed before the cops show, and yea, having your attorney and a local TV crew there in advance might not be a bad idea either…

    The perpetrator could have been a illegal and the police were afraid the homeowner was going to shot him.

    It’s dumb ass moves like this that put shame on all LEO’s. I’m sorry, but I was trained to announce myself unless a suspect was actively harming citizens. Even then I want to be sure that when I press the trigger I am doing the right thing. The homeowner is righteous in this lawsuit.

    The police claim “No attempt was made to conceal the truth or the facts surrounding the shooting” That’s for damn sure… it seems like they are completely unconcerned by the fact that they walked onto an innocent man’s property, ignored his wife who made it clear what they would find, and proceeded to blow him away with no warning, shooting him in the back :evil: :evil: And then they spit in their face by clearing the SOB of wrongdoing :shock: I agree with minuteman01, if this is how this PD operates, it needs to be shut down and cleaned up as a matter of public safety :evil: :???:

    It’s a frickin’ miracle the guy is still alive!!! The cop shot him six times (obviously to kill him) and the guy survives? Our Lady of Guadalupe shielded and protected him. I hope Tony receives every penny of his settlement. The cop should be sent to the border.
