With Thumb Up Ass, Obama On Afghanistan: “Nope, Not Yet.”

WASHINGTON — President Obama said Tuesday he will decide on new troops for Afghanistan in “the coming weeks.”

He told reporters that decisions on the military front were important but just one aspect of the improvements needed to the U.S. strategy in Afghanistan. He said an important element is building up civilian capacity to help improve Afghanistan’s governance, agriculture, rule of law and other areas.

The president responded during a briefing meeting with reporters after an Oval Office meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.

Later, spokesman Robert Gibbs rejected a published report that the president had authorized 13,000 additional troops that were now arriving in Afghanistan. He said those troops were part of a deployment ordered by the former Bush administration, but had not made their way to the Afghan theater by the time Obama became president. The Washington Post had reported those forces were authorized by Obama.

What in the hell is the truth??? This debacle in Afghan…no..no..no..I’m not going to say that..this debacle of an American Administration as it relates to Afghanistan is an unbelievable screw-up! No, our Military is doing a great job – God bless them. The campaign in Afghanistan is a vital task. The overall goals of kicking the shit out of Al-Qaeda and the Taliban and keeping those bastards “off-balance” are worthy and noble and necessary. It is the strategy and tactics that are being imposed by the Obamaites that are so unworthy of and dangerous to our folks. But so is doing nothing. The “present” President is floundering and cares only about enslaving us. Bottomline: This bunch doesn’t have a clue on how to proceed other than to talk, talk, talk and let Iran get a bomb. Is there an adult in this Administration who will step in and stop this naive abortive mess. 2010 and 2012 can’t come soon enough for me. I don’t know if it will be too late or not.

If this shitbag would take action like he did with dimulus, cap and tax and death care, afghanistan would be a glass bowl. But this adminstrations indecision and inaction will do little but kill American soldiers-thats what angers me when self-serving politicians prevent military commanders from completing their objective.
